The first of two public meetings on the Recreation District No. 3 proposed sports complex in Vidalia is slated Thursday, April 8, at the Vidalia Conference Center beginning at 6 p.m.

The election is slated for May 1.

The second public hearing will be held Thursday, April 15, in the Concordia Parish Police Jury meeting room at 6 p.m.
