Voters will go to the polls in Concordia Parish this week to cast ballots on three tax renewals.

The Registrar of Voters office reported Monday that 85 in-person and mail votes had been counted. Early voting ended Saturday.

Polls open at 6 a.m. Saturday and close at 8 p.m., according to Clerk of Court Clyde Ray Webber.

Proposals on the ballot include one to extend the Vidalia Recreation District 3 millage for 40 years, a second to renew a parishwide School Board one-cent sales tax for 10 years and a third to renew a millage for Fire Protection District No. 2.
