Vidalia man charged with vehicular homicide
A 17-year-old Vidalian has been booked on a number of charges, including vehicular homicide, relating to an automobile accident on March 28 that claimed the life of 18-year-old Jimmy Williams Jr., also of Vidalia.
Cody Allen McEntyre of 115 North Grove, Vidalia, was booked Monday for vehicular homicide, negligent injury, DWI 1st, careless operation and no seat belt first offense.
The Louisiana State Police, which investigated the accident, made the arrest. McEntyre was placed under a $31,600 bond.
