Eva K. Temple
Mrs. Eva K. Temple, 79 of Monterey, was born on July 29, 1930, in Jonesville and passed away Sunday, May 23, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Temple raised her brothers and sisters after the passing of her mother at the age of 16. She lived life to its fullest as the way she wanted.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marshall Green King; mother, Mary Elessie King; one brother, J.P. King; and two sisters, Frances Willis and Mildred Clark.
Survivors include beloved companion, Charles Johnson; son, Allen McGlothlin and his wife Mary of Brookhaven, MS; sister, Ann Davis of Jonesville; sister, Nonnie Price of Brookhaven, MS; sister, Evelyn Hethcote of Winnsboro; three grandchildren -- Billy Goodwin, Crystal McGlothlin and Daniel McGlothlin; special friends -- Juanita Coco and Genevia Coco of Monterey, T-wes Warren and his wife Janice of Lismore, and Michael Weeks and his wife Susie of Jonesville; special angel, Katie Coco of Monterey; and a host of nieces, nephews, friend and family. |
