The Concordia Parish Grand Jury on Monday indicted three Concordia Parish men for second degree murder in the shooting death of 25-year-old Reginald Green in Ferriday, while a fourth man was indicted for obstruction of justice. A warrant was issued Wednesday for the arrest of a fifth man on obstruction charges.

Ferriday police responded to a call of a shooting on Saturday, April 3, 2010, at 10:23 p.m. on Seventh Street. There they found Green dead at the scene in a parked SUV in front of 803 Alabama.

The Grand Jury convened Monday morning and returned its findings around 7:30 p.m., indicting three Ferriday men for second degree murder -- Bryant Bethley, 35, 126 Lee Tyler Road; and brothers Daniel Durans Butler, 28, 359 Doty Road; and Reginald Butler, 30, 359 Doty Rd.

Bethley and Daniel Durans Butler had previously been arrested in the case, but Reginald Butler was not arrested until Tuesday following the Grand Jury indictment. Reginald Butler's bond was set at $325,000 in Seventh Judicial District Court in Vidalia this morning Wednesday by Judge Leo Boothe.
