Engagement Verdel - Roberson
Donna Lynn Verdel and Steven Randall Roberson announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Art and Vera Verdel of Vidalia. She is the granddaughter of the late Dunstan and Fannie Verdel and of the late Porter and Bessie Walker.
She is a graduate of Vidalia High School and has an associates degree from Copiah-Lincoln Community College, a bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University, and is currently pursuing a master's degree through Northwestern State University. She is employed by the Concordia Parish School Board.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of J. C. and Yvonne Roberson of Vidalia and the father of Peyton, Luke, and Clay Roberson. He is the grandson of the late Cyprian and Mandy Roberson and of the late Ed and Vera Franklin.
He is a graduate of Adams County Christian School and has both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Alcorn State University School of Nursing. He is employed by the Natchez After Hours Clinic.
The couple will be married on July 17, 2010, at four o'clock in the afternoon at First Baptist Church, Vidalia. A reception will follow at the VFW Hall in Natchez.
Family and friends are invited. Invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only. |
