School Board appoints Bradford Ronnie Bradford of Ferriday was appointed to the Concordia Parish School Board District 4A seat Tuesday night during a special meeting of the board.
Bradford will serve the remaining seven months of the four-year term of Ricky Raven, who resigned after moving out of the district. Bradford was named to the post on a 5-2 vote, garnering support from Martha Rabb, Gary Parnham, Daryl Price, Darlene Baker and Deani Roberts.
Marilyn Campbell and Raymond Riley voted against Bradford, while Fred Butcher abstained.
