Story Archives: Ridley bounces back in big way

Ridley bounces back in big way
by Joey Martin - posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
LSU junior Stevan Ridley of Natchez did not need to be told he was in Les Miles' doghouse after two fumbles against North Carolina in the Tigers' season opener on September 4.

There's no one harder on Ridley than Stevan Ridley.

"I was focused on doing what I've done all my life," Ridley said. "I knew having two fumbles was unacceptable and I knew I had to bounce back."

Bounce back he did.

Ridley rushed for 159 yards on 17 carries in LSU's 27-3 win over Vanderbilt in Tennessee Saturday.
