Hazard mitigation meeting Thursday
The Concordia Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Steering Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Sept. 16, to discuss the parish's hazard mitigation plan.
The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. at the Police Jury meeting room. Jack Halley with Witt Company said the meeting is a forum to inform the public about the parish's hazard mitigation program and to review the risk assessment for the 2011 Plan Update.
