The third annual Miss-Lou Region Black and Blue Civil War Living History Event is slated Oct. 29-30 in Adams County.

Organizer Ser Seshs Ab Heter-CM Boxley said the event aims to highlight the roles and actions of black Americans who served as Union military soldiers, sailors, nurses and in support of civilians during the Civil War.
