Work to identify teen's remains continue

Catahoula Parish Sheriff James Glen Kelly said progress has been made in work to identify the remains of a teenage murder victim whose body was found north of Harrisonburg on Oct. 8.

Kelly said a number of agencies are assisting in the case, including the FBI, Louisiana State Police and Mary Manhein of LSU's FACES (Forensic Anthropology and Computer Enhancement Services). Manhein's team were called to the scene the morning after the remains were discovered.
