Government officials to meet Monday
The Miss Lou Regional Economic Development Committee will host the Miss Lou Council of Governments on Monday, Nov. 15, at 6 p.m.
The event will be held at the Vidalia Conference and Convention Center.
"The Economic Development subcommittee of the Miss Lou Regional Steering Committee got the idea of hosting a Council of Governments meeting from the trip to Tupelo, Miss., taken this past Winter," according to Heather Malone, Concordia Economic & Industrial Development Director. "The purpose is to provide an opportunity for the elected government officials to meet each other and develop a relationship across municipal, county/parish and state lines."
