Christmas parades this weekend
The annual Christmas parades in Ferriday, Vidalia and Clayton will officially usher in the holiday season this weekend.
Ferriday's parade, sponsored by the Ferriday Chamber of Commerce, will be held Saturday morning at 10 a.m. The theme is "A Toyland Christmas."
Vernon Stevens will serve as grand marshall and past presidents of the Ferriday Chamber of Commerce will be honored. Any former chamber presidents are asked to call the museum at 757-4297.
