Motions next week in Green murder

Motions are scheduled to be heard next week on April 13 in Seventh Judicial District Court concerning defendants charged in the 2010 murder of 25-year-old Reginald Green of Ferriday.

Charged in the case for second degree murder are Bryant Bethley, 36, 126 Lee Tyler Road; and brothers, Daniel Durans Butler, 29, 359 Doty Road; and Reginald Butler, 31, 359 Doty Rd.

Reginald Butler is also charged with obstruction of justice.

All three have entered not guilty pleas.
