Register of Voters office closes
The Register of Voters office in Vidalia closed today (Wednesday) and will not reopen until the emergency situation involving the river passes, according to Registrar Golda Ensminger.
She said files, equipment and other items are being moved to state warehouses on the direction of the Secretary of State.
"Our office will be reopen once this crisis passes," said Ensminger.
She said voters can go to state website if they need assistance. |
