Political forum tonight, Oct. 11
The Concordia Sentinel will sponsor a political forum tonight, Oct. 11, featuring candidates for assessor, sheriff and representative (District 21).
Clerk of Court Clyde Ray Webber will moderate the forum which will be held at the Bryant O. Hammett Conference & Convention Center in Vidalia. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Candidates for sheriff include Kenneth Hendricks, Junior Tarver and Rock Davis.
Seeking the assessors' post are Jerry Clark and Ryan Paul.
Representative candidates include incumbent Andy Anders and Justin Conner.
Light refreshments will be served at the event.
