17 arrested in Halloween round up
Halloween morning found the Concordia Narcotics Task Force (CNTF), along with the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and the Vidalia and Ferriday Police Departments serving warrants around the parish and logging 17 arrests.
According to CNTF Capt. Greg Jackson, one person arrested, Bennie Loyd Jr., had over a pound of marijuana at the time of arrest. He was also in possession of a firearm.
