Hayes appointed to District 4B seat
The Concordia Parish Police Jury appointed its second new member in less than a month last week when it named Angela W. Hayes to the District 4B seat.
Hayes replaces Daryle Price, who resigned the post to assume the position of parish coroner. The board approved Hayes' appointment on a 7-0 vote during a special meeting Thursday.
