Anders, Besson named top legislators by LSTA

The Louisiana State Troopers Association has named Sen. Jonathan Perry of Kaplan and Rep. John F. "Andy" Anders of Clayton as its Legislators of the Year for 2012.

In making the announcement, Sgt. Frank Besson, President of the LSTA, stated, "During their legislative careers, both of these gentlemen have demonstrated their commitments to law enforcement, and especially to the State Police."
