Mayor says company may locate in Vidalia

Vidalia Mayor Hyram Copeland and other local representatives are talking with an industrial prospect about locating in Vidalia.

Copeland said the company is considering locating in the new industrial park.

"We're talking a $130 million project taking up 105 acres that will employ about 60 people," Copeland said.

He said a confidentially agreement prevents him from naming the company at this time.
