AC falls to Centreville

Adams County Christian School dropped to 3-4 on the season, falling to traditional power Centreville 35-3 Friday in Centreville.

Centreville scored all its points in the first half.

Austin Walker connected on a 26-yard field goal to prevent the shout.

"We faced the No. 4 team in the state in Trinity, the No. 1 team in Centreville and now we havev the No. 4 team," said AC coach David King.

AC hosts Simpson Friday.

"We're still seeing improvement," King said. "We knew we would have a tough time, but the kids are still battling their tails off and that's all we can ask."
