Boothe serving as chief judge Judge Leo Boothe recently resumed the position of Chief Judge of the Seventh Judicial District.
He has held the position for 17 of the last 18 years.
Boothe is now in his 23rd year of service as judge in the Seventh Judicial District. He has served as judge longer than any other in the history of this court.
The district comprises Catahoula and Concordia parishes.
