Birth - Sophia Lyn Clem posted Wednesday, August 18th, 2010 @ 3:24 pm  E-mail Story |  Print Story  James and Gabby Clem of Jacksonville, IL., proudly announce the birth of a daughter, Sophia Lyn Clem, born July 7, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center. The infant weighed eight pounds, three ounces and was 19 and 3/4 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Clyde Morace and fiancee Sherry Clopton of Vidalia and Donna Morace and fiancee Patrick Grayson of Clayton. Paternal grandparents are Andrew and Linda Clem of Ferriday. Sophia was welcomed home by Lyndon Scott, age 3.
