Smith of Monterey. He is the son of Charles Smith of Lafayette and Cindy King of Jonesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Robertson of Ferriday and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jones of Monterey. She is a graduate of Monterey High School and the University of Louisiana School of Nursing. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Smith of Monterey, the late Mr. Tilton Book, and Mrs. Jeanette Book of Monterey. He is a graduate of Monterey High School. The wedding will take place September 25, 2010, six o'clock in the evening at First Baptist Church in Monterey. Clyde Grammon will officiate the ceremony. A reception will follow at the church. Family and friends are invited. Invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only.
