Jo Ann Paulsen, 74, of Adairville, KY, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Alive Hospice at Skyline Madison Campus. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Concordia, KS. Ms. Paulsen was born October 6, 1936 in Concordia, KS to the late Leo and Donna Burton Paulsen.
