Tensas man booked in video poker case A Tensas Parish man was booked Thursday for possession of unauthorized video draw poker devices.
The manager and operator of R & B Lounge, 60-year-old Rickey L. Brown of Newellton, was charged in the case, according to the Louisiana State Police, Troop F.
The arrest came after the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations and the Tensas Parish Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on the premises of R & B Lounge. The warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into the alleged use of unauthorized video draw poker devices, according to Troop F.
Several unauthorized video draw poker devices were located at R & B Lounge during a search of the premises.
