Hampton trial to be rescheduled posted Wednesday, October 24th, 2012 @ 12:41 pm  E-mail Story |  Print Story  The trial of a Ferriday man indicted by a parish grand jury for aggravated rape, aggravated burglary, attempted first degree murder and two counts of armed robbery will be rescheduled. Jury selection was slated to begin on Monday of this week. J.C. Hampton is accused of stabbing a woman on the 600 block of Eighth Street in Ferriday on March 11 before raping the stabbing victim's daughter.
