Engagement Robertson - Smith

Patrick Robertson of Shreveport and Renee Robertson of Monterey announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Heather Robertson, to Charles A. Smith of Monterey. He is the son of Charles Smith of Lafayette and Cindy King of Jonesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Robertson of Ferriday and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jones of Monterey.

She is a graduate of Monterey High School and the University of Louisiana School of Nursing.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Smith of Monterey, the late Mr. Tilton Book, and Mrs. Jeanette Book of Monterey.

He is a graduate of Monterey High School.

The wedding will take place September 25, 2010, six o'clock in the evening at First Baptist Church in Monterey. Clyde Grammon will officiate the ceremony.

A reception will follow at the church. Family and friends are invited. Invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only.
