Trial set Feb. 25 in Ridgecrest case

Former Ridgecrest Mayor Kevin Graham and former Town Clerk Dana DeLaughter are scheduled to go on trial Feb. 25th on multiple counts of theft, false accounting, filing false public records and malfeasance.

Both have entered not guilty pleas and are scheduled for a status hearing on Jan. 30th.

Each was indicted in June 2012.
